Do you have a flair for food and enjoy being part of an exciting and fast-paced environment?
Our food, beverage and cookery courses are designed to provide you with a range of practical skills and can provide an excellent foundation for progression into the hospitality and catering industry. You will be based in our industry-standard kitchen and able to serve paying customers when they visit the Gallery Restaurant, our training establishment within the College.
Alternatively, have you considered an apprenticeship in catering? This route allows you to have a job, earn a wage and get a recognised qualification at the same time.
