I love coming to College, and I really look forward to my day here every week. I currently work full time as an Apprentice in a large catering company, and this course is a great opportunity to learn new skills and put the theory into practice. You don’t often have time to ask questions while working in a professional kitchen, so I find the opportunity to talk to the tutors and ask for advice really helpful.
I would like to continue to progress through the NVQ levels, and hope to work as a chef in a top level restaurant. My long term ambition is to own my own catering company, specialising in cake decoration.
